With this asset you can manage to do various scene types like hallways, factories, basements, hospitals, interiors, etc... It contains many props like wires, electrical boxes, pipes and water pipes or lights and a duct air system. Supports 4.24+ versions. Also walls, floors and roofs, frames, vents, industriall pipes, doors and electric wires come with a shader in which your can change their colors (with a mask if you want to tint only parts of the texture like the tiles only in case of the wall texture included).
So you can change stucco colors, pipes to red, blue, green, whatever color you need. In this shader you can change also roughness, normal, specular and metalness strenght.

You can use your OWN seamless textures for walls, floors and roofs. All ambient occlusion, roughness and metalness come in a masked ARM texture in each set to save memory.
The asset comes with this:
