Modular low poly version to use in any project which is important the detail and low polygons. The previews have been rendered in V-Ray (next) for 3ds max and blender (see the reference images). The 3d project contains 10 separated modular assets, 5 additional supporting modular assets, and a variety of canvas. Each assets is unwrapped and overlaping in order to take advantage of using only one material made of PBR textures. The hole project only use 3 materials. Besides each asset is named with its respective materials applied with real measures and is centered in zero coordinates. It is included an example in different formats of a finished cross shape museum and as well as a file with all the assets regrouped inside. It is provided with vray materials applied with PBR textures (color, roughness, ambient occlusion, normal map, emissive and metallic) and blender materials applied in blender file. It is ready to use in broadcast, advertising, design visualization, real-time, video game etc...
