The equipment is mainly an automatic assembly line for new energy power batteries: after decompressing the complete set of drawings, there are more than 300 MB, and the bus has more than 1,000 parts.

In the feeding conveyor belt, the manipulator grabs the lower bracket and enters the tooling plate of the double-speed chain. The speed of the double-speed chain is adjusted according to the production speed. The tooling of the double-speed chain can also be adapted to a variety of batteries. The lower bracket enters the battery through the double-speed delivery Insertion station. After the battery comes out of the sorting machine, it will be pasted with green paper. After the pasting, CCS will check whether it is pasted or not.

This station is for cell detection and poor sorting. Then the robot will pick up the green paper and put it into the good product. In the conveyor belt line, the cells enter the feeding machine through the belt line, and there is a set of feeding mechanism at the tail of the conveyor belt. When the cells enter the tail, two sets of cylinders respectively push the cells into the vertical feeding machine In the middle of the belt, when the vertical feeder is pulled up to the top of the top, the battery cell pusher and the material distribution cylinder push the battery cells into the material tube respectively, and 4 cells at a time. The material tube is a plastic bellows, as shown in the picture. It is not shown that the discharge port of the bellows is directly connected to the feed port of the 4-axis robot discharge jig. The insertion accuracy of the four-axis robot cell is 0.1MM.

* After inserting, enter the battery cell with the negative pole inserted in the lower position. There are two battery cell insertion machines and robots. The front one is plugged into the positive pole, and the rear one is inserted into the negative pole. It can also be seen from the picture of the bus. When all the cells are inserted, they enter the polarity detection machine at the back. The CCD visual inspection machine is mainly used to detect whether there is a wrong insertion.

After the detection is completed, it enters the unloading position. This is that all the cells have been inserted and the detection is completed. The feeding machine is a three-axis manipulator that clamps the entire battery pack for unloading. The unloading conveyor has two lines for conveying good products, and the other is used for CCD detection. After the good products are conveyed out, they are manually collected behind the pull belt. It is the entire action process and assembly process of the cell insertion line.
