The unpaved narrow single-lane road is made using seamless material with a display. A small, slightly damp track made of wet stones.
High detail allows you to render the road up close, and the longer length reduces the effect of tiling on wide frames.

The material is applied to any plane (road) with a width of about 3 meters and a corresponding UV with a tile size of 3x12 meters.

High-resolution seamless textures up to 4096x16384px:
Diffuse color, NormalMap, Roughness Map, HeightMap (height ~14cm), AmbientOcclusion (not enabled)
Vray 6 and above, Corona 7 and above.

*When importing from FBX, make sure that input gamma = 1 for all textures except Diffuse color.
*EXR 32-bit display map for full detail, PNG for compatibility.
*To keep the correct size when importing from FBX for versions MAX 2016 and below, import FBX via the File/Import menu
*System units of measurement: centimeters, keep this in mind when importing into a meter-long scene.
