Description

Photo real model of a REXAM PM-10 child resistant prescription bottle.

Features:

Modeled in 3ds Max to scale in millimeters, with very accurate details. The screw threads match up perfectly between the cap and the bottle, whether you have the cap on for child safety, or reversed to hold your pills in the cap. The HOLD tab is modeled instead of mapped to provide the accurate detail needed when viewed up close. Subdivision by smoothing groups setup to get the sharpest detail as possible for extreme close up shots.

Setup for rendering in VRay 2.4. Also checked to work in VRay 3.1. The poses, lights, and cameras are included in the scene.

Two prescription labels are provided as examples, with both worn and new paper textures. Also provided are the Photoshop files to edit the labels for the meds you will be illustrating or animating. The REXAM logos are easily removed from the maps. A free studio HDRI generated in house is also thrown in for the VRay scene, and can also be found with the supporting items.

Texture sizes:

4096x4096 specular and bump for the bottle
4096x4096 diffuse, specular, and bump for the cap
2400x1122 for the labels.

Formats:

3ds Max 2012 with VRay 2.4
3ds Max 2012 with Scanline
