Modelled in Lightwave 8.3 this is an old model that I was using as a design study. I called it "Corporate Prairie" but while it has elements I like it never quite grabbed me. all the interior rooms are separate polygons that would have been joined after room elements were finished.

For $3.99 it"s not a bad deal for a would be architect or structure modeler. All image maps for the textures are included. Model is layered for easier remodeling in Lightwave.
