The basis of the Façade solution is a simple geometric grid, which is a visually unifying element, but can be modified with the help of nuances of geometry, rhythm and materials.
The basis is taken from three main materials, which are used in each case in different proportions.
Building 1 - The facade has a gradual reversal of panels with a focus on the University building.
Building 2 - The central volume of the cluster composition, which has a static facade design, without dynamics outside.
Building 3 - The last volume of the cluster: Round columns and a semi-colony dissolve the façade with the natural surroundings.

The basis of the planning concept is the idea of a unifying atrium. Each building has its own central atrium of various configurations with open elevators and stairs. in addition to the convenience of using open staircases, they are a unifying interactive element for students, which organizes space and is the main accent of the interior due to its individual shape, central location, and semantic purpose. Such a planning organization makes it possible to make the plan as flexible as possible for various functional contents, and also makes the buildings universal with the possibility of transforming.
