fbx version is directly exported from 3ds Max 8.
max version is directly saved from 3ds Max 8.

The modell is created with Blender
and renderd with YafaRay (Version 0.1.1)
All Materials are created for YafaRay and there are different to the Blender internal renderer. Please download YafaRay befor use the Blend file.
If you use a different software, you have to adjust the materials and/or the textur paths new.

Texturefiles are not included in the main download.
