Low poly modular restaurant to use in any project which is important the detail and low polygons. The previews have been rendered in V-Ray (next) for 3ds max and blender (see the reference images). The 3d project contains 13 separated modular assets for the restaurant, and a table with chairs, cutlery, plates, glasses and salt pepper dispensers. Each assets is unwrapped and overlaping in order to take advantage of using only one material. The hole project only use 2 materials, one for the restaurant assets and other for the lamps and table, cutlery, chairs...etc. Besides each asset is named with its respective materials applied with real measures and the fbx files with individual assets are centered in zero coordinates. It is included a main vray 3ds max file illuminated example, a vray 3ds max with the individual assets, a 3ds max file with standard materials, a blender file illumiated example, a blender with the individual assets and finally, fbx and obj of all the assets individually. It is provided with vray materials applied with PBR textures in 4096x 4096 (color, roughness, ambient occlusion, normal map, emissive and metallic) and blender materials applied. It is ready to use in broadcast, advertising, design visualization, real-time, video game etc...
