This is a low poly model of a modern industrial building developed as
part of a set of similar minimalistic style props (available as
separate products in my collection).

The model was
designed for use as a medium/far distance prop for backgrounds in
animations, stills and also as a real-time asset in games.

• No textures are used, only simple materials, so it renders very fast

Compatible with 3DSMax2010 and up - V-Ray and Default Scanline versions included.
