Description

Four Jaw Self Centering Lathe Chuck

Introduction

The four-jaw hollow self-centering chuck is mostly used in laser pipe cutting machine equipment.
It can clamp round pipes, square pipes, I-beams and various special-shaped pipes, and can be driven by servo motors. The internal drive is driven by a cylinder gear structure, and it is clamped by pneumatics. It can clamp pipes with a diameter of 25-200mm, covering most specifications.
The internal structure is very complete, each part has complete modeling details and material property settings, and can even be directly used to produce 2D drawings; the general assembly drawing has comprehensive assembly constraints, and can even perform motion simulation.
The three-dimensional structure is completely self-developed. After several months of communication and brainstorming with several small partners, the whole structure can withstand scrutiny and has strong practicability.
