Description

Very detailed high poly 3d model of the triticum turgidum.
(Triticum turgidum, also known as durum wheat or macaroni wheat, is the only tetraploid species of wheat of commercial importance that is widely cultivated today. "Durum" in Latin means "hard", and the species is the hardest of all wheats. Its high protein content, as well as its strength, make durum good for special uses, the most well-known being pasta, which in Italy is exclusively made from durum wheat.)

I've got a couple of models of other wheat species:
Common Wheat - Product ID: 851256
Emmer Wheat - Product ID: 852377

Models are detailed enough for your close-up renders.
Real world size (centimeters). Several hundreds of stems are growing in square block (190cm X 190cm).
There are three 3ds Max 2011 files: one with standard mat, second with photoreal V-Ray mat and third with full V-Ray environment including sky, ground surface, lights and cameras.
There are materials for young and mature wheat in each file.
All necessary textures are in each archive.
Preview images were rendered with V-Ray adv 2.40.03.
Please, don't miss hiresolution (2220x1200) preview images.
