Neuron model. The low res poly model has 608 polys. With the turbosmooth modifier added it has 19,456 (2 iterations). A second neuron has been added just to add a bit of depth to the renders. The camera has depth of field turned on as I wanted to do everything in render (so it can be repeated), but this can be turned off if you with to work with render passes in a compositer. To turn off just select the camera and go to the 'Multi-Pass Effect' tab and untick 'Enable'.
