Description

B-17 is built very near to scale and is fully textured. It has animateable flaps, ailerons, landing gear, landing gear doors, elevators, rudder, bomb bay doors and turret guns. Propellers are animated. HP version has a fairly detailed cockpit, radio room, bomb bay, navigator station and waist gunners station. It also has bombs. Both model versions have detailed landing gear. HP version also has detailed engines. Models are available in many formats.

The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress is a four-engine heavy bomber aircraft developed in the 1930s. The B-17 was primarily employed by the USAAF in strategic bombing against German targets during WWII.
B-17G was the final version of the Flying Fortress, incorporating all changes made to its predecessor B-17F
