Low poly model of an upholstered armchair with realistic dimensions. It is made for usage in realtime engines like Unity or Unreal Engine 4, not intended for subdivision. The texture maps are PBR maps, metal roughness workflow. The textures are customizable using the included substance file (.sbsar), which also allows to conveniently change settings directly inside the game engine.
Important: Due to technical limitations the Substance maps size is clamped to 2K inside of Unity
