This is a high quality modular modern house with a fully furnished interior for Blender Eevee and Cycles
This project is developed in Blender 4.4 and works with newer versions too.
All textures used in this project have a CC0 license.

• High quality custom designed handmade house.
• High quality interior and exterior lighting (using light objects, no emissive materials)
• High quality and optimized Eevee setups with baked lighting (both day and night)
• Also optimized for Cycles renders.
• Modular setup, easy to edit or modify
• Every single asset including furniture and foliage is custom designed and modeled for this project
• All paintings are custom designed using Blenders procedural nodes (and baked into the texture, so it’s a simple image)
• Object based 3D grass (instead of a particle system) So the grass can be exported as well
• Doors are animated. To move these, slide the timeline at the bottom.
• Origins of doors are on their hinges.
• All assets are organized in collections. So its easy to hide and unhide groups.
• Everything you see in the renders is included in the scene (foliage, lights, furniture, street, sky and baked Eevee setup)

This pack comes in both a 20, 13 or 7 house pack. In all these packs the houses are connected by a grid of streets.

Performance:
This project is made using instanced modular parts. This results in high performance and low memory usage. I still recommend the following as a minimum amount of memory
• RAM: 8gb
• Vram: 8gb
For Eevee all settings and lights have been carefully tuned to be as high performance as possible while also creating high quality Eevee renders (sometimes really close to Cycles quality)

Exports
To keep download sizes lower have included the two most demanded file formats: FBX and GLB (gltf)
Apart from that I have included a version of this house that’s optimized for exports (A Blender file with simplified PBR materials and no other objects other than 3D assets. From this file you can simply export the house to DAE, ABC, USD, OBJ and PLY.
