The layout and buildings in this model are just great! However, this model is EXTREMELY cluttered with polygons that wander amelessly and have nothing to do with the model.
This model will take hours and hours to clean up and make ready in a game engine. Also there are a lot of vertices that don't conect and need to be welded together. So the bottom line is the layout of the model is very good but if you need it to be streamline, it's HORRIBLE !    I had to use Ultimate Unwrap just to ope
