Description

Directly inspired by a huge electronic parts collection from around the world this is a high detailed 3d model of a power diode generally used to build bridge rectifiers. No label was found on the reference real electronic part. It’s a very accurate model with a low polygon number combine polygonal & subdivision elements. Some elements have still applied the MeshSmooth modifier already set to 2 iterations for rendering and 0 or 1 for viewport visualization (ideal for low-performance computer manipulation). Feel free to change all this settings following your interests. The total polygon number for this model is 2780 (MeshSmooth set to 0), 11106 when MeshSmooth is set to 1 & 44424 for MeshSmooth set to 2. The model is available in MAX file format version 7.0 or later, .3DS, .OBJ & .DXF. The 3DS, OBJ & DXF files contains only the collapsed mesh in high resolution (elements of the model still separate).
Package contents: 1.Standard MAX file archive
2. VRay MAX file archive
3. 3DS file archive
4. OBJ file archive
5. DXF file archive
6. Texture archive.
All the previews are rendered using the VRay max scene (need VRay 1.47 or later). Textures and materials are included also the basic rendering settings. In the max scenes (both) the elements of the model are not collapsed so will be easy to be changed or replaced.
The product is ideal for school lessons, book illustrations and scientific presentations or just for your hobby.
