Description

A full sub-division model of a early 1900's Craftsman Bungalow. This little house is built in the Arts and Crafts tradition typical to the early 20th century as found in small towns across the USA. These "Box Homes" were also sold thru the SEARS catalog as a kit, and many folks built these out themselves with a pre-cut package. This California styled bungalow is based on these early designs.

I built this with over 800 separate parts, all ready to add your level of subdivision to smooth it out. It has all the various wood parts as separate and named items for easy texturing. This is a full turntable model with an empty interior fully open to add the floorplan you need.

All parts are subdivision with the 3DSmax turbo-smooth on a layer turned off for a quicker loading of the scene.

This is the first in a series of small craftsman era homes.

NOTE:
The FBX,and OBJ formats are ONLY saved as the base mesh [LOW-REZ], so you can add your own subdivision from the program you import the file into.
