Main Street USA series: This is an Historic Icon on American Main Streets across the country of a typical Dime Store. Topology is very clean almost all quads. Most every detailed piece is built sub-dividable so you can increase the levels of smoothness per your application. This model can be viewed from all angles, and was built as a corner lot property for wrap around details for the alley and loading dock area. The model include a huge tin watertower, window mounted dual fans, an outside clock, awnings, outdoor lighting and the full electrical panel with lots of details[ Also sold separately].

The Dime Store Has 385 individual parts, with all pieces named, and grouped for ease of use in your scenes.Great for adding in details to existing vintage architecture.

NOTE: Model is saved with the Mesh-smooth turned OFF, for quicker loading and texturing, just turn it back on at render-time, for a higher level of details if close up work is needed.

All 3Dconceptualdesigner models are all scaled the same for ease of merging, and all are built with 1 max unit = 1 inch.If you have any custom needs feel free to contact me.

The FBX,and OBJ formats are ONLY saved as the base mesh [LOW-REZ], so you can add your own subdivision from the program you import the file into.
