Truax Studio Slum City 2 - Low and High Poly versions

This slum based city tile is low impact, high detail and great for real time renders, game engine and static renders.

This product includes the high detail, high poly version of the city (still very reasonable poly count for the detail level, perfect for current generation games) as well as the low poly version of the city. The low polygon version is extremely efficient as can be seen in the wireframe renders above.

The high poly version of the city and all of its contents is 1,345,611 polygons, while the low poly version of the same scene is only 7,843 polygons. This creates the perfect product if you would like to create vast cityscapes with minimal performance issues, as well as beautiful close up renders.

The entire model is textured, most of the textures are 2048x2048, some are 4096x4096. The textures could easily be re-sized to fit the performance needs of the application they are used in. Many of the textures include specular and normal maps.

The model includes a full selection of 'slum' style props, trash bins, bicycles and everything else you would need to create a believable slum environment. Also included are low polygon highrise apartment blocks for added environmental detail. As well as a full set of vegetation which contains 16 individual plant models. All models have efficient use of polygons with the average polygon count across all the plants is around 1,200 poly with smaller plants using less and larger using more.

The entire product has been modeled with game development and efficiency in mind. It would take minimal modification or work to transfer this product into a variety of game engines.
