---General Information--- This medieval style wall torch features a detailed eight prong, open top design and two flush facing mounting points for easy positioning on walls, columns, pillars or archways. The torch sits at a slight ten degree angle from the mounts and features a high-resolution 4K cast iron texture with some subtle weathering effects, rust and a thin layer of soot on the inside, for added realism.
The model has been attached together into a single object with all UVs combined onto a single UV sheet. The model consists of quad only geometry (no triangles or n-gons) and is built to real-world scale using cm (Centimeters). The model is 76 cm (or 29.9 Inches) tall.
The model was built using non destructive techniques and features an intact modifier stack for easy adjustment. Two iterations of Turbosmooth have been applied to the mesh by default (which is recommended for close-up renders), but this can easily be changed depending on your needs.
---Organization---- The file is well organized and contains a proper naming convention, as well as separate layers for the geometry, lights and camera.
---Lighting--- The file includes a studio lighting rig consisting of 4 VRay lights, as well as image based lighting (IBL) for additional environment lighting and reflections. The HDRI image is included with the file and all render settings are already setup in V-Ray and ready to go. All preview images shown were rendered using V-Ray with the same settings.
---Textures & Materials---- Includes extremely high resolution 4K (4096x4096) Textures (Diffuse, Bump, Spec and Normal) and all materials/shaders needed to render the scene. The environment image (HDRI) has a resolution of 15000x7500 and is included with the file as well.
---UVs--- All elements have been carefully unwrapped and are non-overlapped allowing each UV cluster to receive unique UV/Texture space. A second Unwrap UVW modifier has been applied to the model above the first Turbosmooth and the UVs have been re-relaxed to remove any possible distortion. This allows the model to be subdivided further without distorting the UVs.
