It is adressed to the Elssholzstrasse direcly in front of the old Botanicle Garden in Berlin Schneberg, which is a urban park today, called 'Kleistpark'. In this connection the street is named after Johannes Sigismund Elsholz one of the famous botanists of the 17th century. It is a complex 6-axis apartment building with a massive two-storey base, rich decorated loggias, a representative jutty and a complex roof arrangement.
