This is a Kit that allows you to create an unlimited amount of custom characters. It includes the base model (an averaged low poly man), several items (helmets, weapons, tools, etc.) to customize the character, a PSD file that allows you to create texture variations just hiding and unhiding layers (see demo video) and an animation library with 25 animations.

This Kit could be a cheap solution for projects that need a big amount of different characters.

Base character has 456 tris and all items 1104 (so most of character variations will have less than 600 tris). they has two 512x512 diffuse textures, one for the character itself and another one for all the items.

Model is rigged using 3ds max's biped (character studio), so it is compatible with any .bip animation file.
