For an even better render quality you can increase the hair primitives count up to your machine memory limit (The actual renders have been made on a machine based on a single I7 cpu with 16 gigs of ram - about 4 minutes for a 1480x800 frame) --6 different hair systems for a total of about 4mil hairs.
Included: Exported hair curves created by hair primitives (FBX and Maya 2018 ascii) so you can use them as guides if you' re using a different Fur/Hair plugin.
