----- NOTE! Due to the nature of the exchange formats (.obj, .3ds and .fbx) , there will be some textures that have to be loaded by hand. Aso the textures made from 2 bitmaps (facade, gutters, fundament and windows (dirt)) cannot be transferred to this formats so you will get only the basic bitmap... You should blend this bitmap with .png maps you'll get inside zip folder (v-ray blend material)
