|An absolutely incredible model. The level of detail is fantastic and it not only looks great but renders remarkably fast in Blender Cycles. Fantastic value for money. Some setup work was required but the model and shaders are built in a very easy to understand way which also leaves plenty of room for customisation.|
This is a high-resolution model of the Space Shuttle Orbiter (1981-2011).
All details are physically modeled, including the individual ceramic tiles and thermal blankets. The landing gear and payload bay are separate objects, and can easily be removed from the scene if they aren't required.
NOTE: I also sell a detailed model of the cockpit interior, but it was built separately and doesn't fit precisely with this model.
There are 10 texture maps in PNG format:

The model is not rigged in it's current form, but it was built with rigging in mind. For example, the landing gear can rotate up into the bay without hitting anything, and it will fit inside correctly.
