Rigged and animated only *.blend file! Alembic and FBX files have animations for Horses.
Horses ready for subdivision and have 5 animations in Action Editor: - walk - gallop - simple stay - stay - eating
Horses linked with one shape and rig - this can help with new animations.
Carriage have rig with manipulators for doors, secondary motions, axis and wheels (with floor detection).
Carriage have 4k PBR textures, horses - 2k textures, harness - only materials. The textures are in a separate archive.
Without subdivisions Carriage with Horses have: Faces: 54824 Tris: 106678 Verts: 58508
Layers: 0 - Carriage 1 - Horses with harness 2 - Demonstration ground with curve (motion path) for carriage. For ground Shadow Catcher enabled.

You don't need change all options of rigs for animation with new ground mesh: - create new object; - edit what you want for new ground; - select 'Demo_Ground'; - Properties > Data > change mesh of 'Demo_Ground' to your {new_ground}.
