This is complete bundle of city elements kits to create complex city scenes. 

Includes:

  • 3 complete city scenes,
  • Collection of 45 buildings,
  • Collection of 34 street elements,
  • Streets kit,
  • Highways kit,
  • Highways type B kit,

Complete scenes are created as modular construction - you can copy streets, buildings or entire blocks to get bigger city.  

Buildings collection includes office buildings, apartment houses, commercial buildings, industrial buildings and warehouses.

Medium polycount, good topology, very light in viewports.  

- 3ds Max - standard version with standard materials, 

-3ds Max V-Ray version with V-Ray materials, and light, ready to render like previews above,  FBX and Obj are exported models and scenes, no light. 

No bugs, Uvs works correctly etc. Previews rendered with V-Ray.  

PROFESSIONALLY MODELLED  

Models made without ngons and to keep polycount as low as possible.  

CHECK MATE PRO standard:  

- no isolated or overlapped vertices, 

- no overlapped faces, 

- no ngons, 

- mostly quads (96,7%) 

- real world scale, objects at 100% scale at object level, 

- grouped, ready to merge into the scene,

WELL ORGANIZED  

Like all our products these models are handy and easy to modify.  

In this product there is no problem with multiplied materials and textures.

Each object has assigned only one material so there is no annoying Multi/Sub-Object materials!  

Materials, textures, objects are clearly named in English.  Models are separated on layers, very easy to work with.
