This is very accurate scene of old warehouse interior. Based on full model so you can also use it for exterior renders. Hi res textures.
Optimized and clear geometry, model is very light in viewport.

- 3ds Max – V-Ray version with V-Ray materials and lights, lamps lights are on, (lamp glow effects made in post production, this is no render effect)

Model made without ngons and to keep polycount as low as possible. Mesh is not intended for subdivision.
