High Detailed Photorealistic Goat (Capra aegagrus hircus) FULLY RIGGED AND ANIMATED ,UVmapped and smoothable, made with Maya. Shave and a haircut for hair.
This model has a clean geometry based on quads and loops.

It is FULLY RIGGED AND ANIMATED and comes with Maya settings for MentalRay renderer.

Eyeballs, teeth, tongue and gum are included and modeled separately

- 4k High resolution texture + normal map (main color texture is .TGA)

Formats included:

.mb (maya 2011 binary)
.ma (maya 2011 ascii)

The Maya 2011 formats are set with the '3' hotkey for the geometry approximation preview and render.

SHAVE AND A HAIRCUT NOTE:
You would need Shave and A Haircut for Maya 2011 in order to render the hair, otherwise you would be able to render only the main polygon mesh.
For an even better render quality you can increase the hair primitives count up to your machine memory limit.
The actual rendering time is about 6 minute for an HD rendering 1200x1200 frame (rendered on a system based on a single Pentium Quadcore with 8GB RAM)
--38 different hair systems for a total of about 400k hair prims.
Are included hair curves created by hair primitives (Maya 2011 .ma) so you can use them as guides if you' re using a different Fur/Hair plugin.
*Please always use an updated Shave and a haircut release to avoid rendering issues.

RIG AND ANIMATION NOTES:
This model is rigged using simple ikHandles and NURBS primitive control objects to help achieve realistic animations of the limbs, joints, and muscles. Control objects can be easily manipulated through the transform tools to achieve desired animations.

3 animation sets have been included in a separate maya file (referenced to the main rig) to make them easier to use:

-walk (loop)-31frames
-run (loop)- 13frames
-acting/eating (loop)- 156 frames
