-MAYA is the native format.It is perfectly organized in groups .All objects have logical names and are clean of history.
-MAX . Mental ray shaders are applied and the scene is lit and ready to render as well.
-OBJ version has all the shading groups separated, UV mapping, smoothing groups and references to the texture files. Full working, checked in every software.
-FBX format is flawless too including all the above.
