Hello and welcome to my product page.

You are looking at a completely accessible middle eastern styled city district, specifically designed to be used as ingame architecture, for first, or third - person games. It is richly detailed and yet very performance friendly, because the individual assets are kept as low as possible.
And here comes the clou! You can enter each and every building and walk from ground to rooflevel!!!
Due to its highly detailed textures, it can also be used as rendering scenario, even for closeupshots.

In any case:
THIS CAN BE A HUGE TIMESAVER FOR YOUR PROJECT!!

The sheer amount of details and assets, provided in this scene, will save you weeks of production time!

It comes with 39!! different and mostly tilable textures, as color, normal and specular map, as well as with setup materials. These are also a perfect base to create other structures with.
3 completely different and accessible buildings, many diferent walltypes, windows, doors, gates, marketstands, palmtrees, fences, adsigns, streetlights, airconditioners, cables, debris, shantytown etc. create a very large sandbox for you to play around with.

The renderings are partially done with mental ray to bring out all the nicely detailed shadows and lights. The other ones were done with the Maya viewport 2.0 to give a better preview of the actual ingame result.

I provided an additional scene with the setting i used for the mental ray rendering shots.
