The Dolphin was modeled to real-world scale for a average adult. There is a single texture of 2048x2048.
It comes with a standard maya rig.
Dol_Master_Transform is the master transform and moves the entire character and rig.
Dol_con_spine_master is the master transform for the Dolphin itself.
Dol_con_jaw opens the mouth
Dol_joint_tongue1, Dol_joint_tongue2 and Dol_joint_tongue3 controls the front of the tongue
The back of the tongue is controlled by set driven keys and will automatically curl back as the dolphin opens its mouth.
Dol_con_eye_L and Dol_con_eye_R controls the eyes
The front flippers have 2 controllers each for transformations and the dorsal and back-fins have 3 controllers each
The rig in maya file is posed, so when opening the file, you can just zero out the rotation on the controllers as well as translation on Dol_Master_Transform and Dol_con_spine_master, so rig is in the skinned position.
I believe its a very easy, light and self explanatory rig to use.
