A low poly old wooden bridge. 2048 px tileable diffuse and normal maps, 512 px ambient occlusion and grunge maps. Very high resolution diffuse and normal maps. Use as is, or bake it down. Flexible. Old wood textures can be used elsewhere.

Real world dimensions: 12' long x 3' wide x 6' thick. You can of course scale it within reason to meet your needs. Diffuse and normal maps tile, so set them to tile more or less, as you like. Grunge map can be set to more or less grunge, or none. Very flexible.
