The poly and vert counts given in the information box is referring to the default state of the seat paddings and back rest padding along with the metal parts they link with but with 1 more subsurf level,which is a more smoother and better form the counts are:
The model comes with image maps for the seating and back rest pads.The image maps consist of a Texture map,texture map(ao map merged version) and a bump map.Image maps are at a res of 2048x2048.
The blender version has the cycles engine materials and shaders used on this model active but other formats will not but image maps can be downloaded for either. Also the blender version has the textures set to relative and packed within the file so everything is ready and set as soon as you open the blender file version.
