A simple ceramicsc coffee mug created with Blender 2.73 and rendered in Cycles.
|| GEOMETRY ||
Clean geometry, quads only. No ngons!
|| TEXTURES ||
This model uses only one noise texture as a bumpmap for a slight displacement. The texture is generated with Cycles nodes itself.
|| MATERIALS ||
The coffee mug has 3 materials applied. A white ceramics on the inside, a colored ceramics on the outside and a natural rough ceramics on the bottom. All materials are created with nodes for Cycles Render. You can easily change the color of the mug by editing only one color value in the material node.
|| COMPOSITING ||
Compositing setup to render the model isolated from the environment with alpha values as background included.
|| RENDERS ||
- renders created in Cycles Render at 1.000 samples using subsurf modifier level 2 - wireframe renders are showing the mesh without subsurf modifier
|| SCALE ||
The model is in real world size and scale.
X = 0,116m (Blender units) Y = 0,084m (Blender units) Z = 0,088m (Blender units)
|| EXPORTED FILES ||
This model was created with Blender and rendered in Cycles. Exported materials will look different in other render engines. The shading will be not that realistic as you can see on the images.
