This is an ivy texture with height displacement and alpha map. It really saves the day when modeling and rendering large areas covered with ivy. Just apply the textures to a plane object. If you need areas that are not covered - cut a hole (windows, doors...).
The displacement map makes it look real. It can be used with vray 2D displacement (look at 1st preview - ivy on cylinder). That way rendering is very fast and consumes little RAM.
