The geometry has its focus on the silhouette while maintaining a low polycount. the model has no legs and is meant to be airborne only.
The uvs are without overlapping, textures are two 2K maps, one for the clipping of the wingtips, one is Dffuse, bump spec, all at once.
The modell is animated via Pointcache, however, you will also find the model with a very basic rig, from which the pointcache was taken. Tweak it to your needs. Important: this rig has no controls. It's a pure forward rig with linked bones only.
Animation is a loop of wing flapping and gliding in combination. it was animated with 30 fps, but pointcaches are easy to retime.
