This is a house that is for real. It is located in southern Sweden, in the county of Scania. It is built entirely of claystone, and is plastered with lime mortar. Year of construction is 1846. The building has until the middle of the 1900s served as a school. On the southern part of the roof there is a sundial of stone. On the model's upper floor there is an extra front door, which can easily be grouped and used at the entrance. The building's floor plan is rarely modeled (top floor is completely unfurnished). Above the front door is a traditional lamp from about 1900-1920. There is a simple staircase to upstairs. The model can easily be developed and furnished. The native file is Sketchup - also the most materials. The green color is from CGTextures and the sundial and rare door texture is taken by me.
