-MAX and MAYA versions are lit and have mental ray shaders applied, ready to render giving the photorealistic results you see on the images. Maya version has a slightly different poly count with 54625 vertices and 51190 polygons.
-OBJ FBX and LWO versions have all the shading groups separated, include UV mapping, smoothing and references to the texture files.
