1 take four heaped table spoons of plain floor and put into a bowl 2 Add 2 two eggs to the centre of the mix. then mix them in. 3 Add milk mixing into the mix gradually until the mixture is the consistency of single cream. 4 beat with a spoon for no more than 30 seconds then leave to stand for 20 minutes. 5 pour the batter into the pre heated tin as below. 6 cook until golden brown or more if you wish them crispy
