I modeled them to exact scale in SolidWorks directly from my own collection that I use daily in my shop. They are highly detailed and suitable for extreme close-up rendering, yet at a low poly count of 192,334 for the entire assembly. They are offered as SolidWorks, .obj and IGES formats for easy import into your assembly or scene.
All appropriate features and/or surfaces are UV mapped to simplify material application.
The .obj file set includes the primary tools listed below, but the “assemblies” (Caliper, Height Gauge and Transfer Stand) are as assemblies only. The “Inspection Station” is included as one assembly, and you can hide/show or delete tools to suit.
The IGES file set contains all tools listed, as well as the individual parts that comprise the assemblies. It does not include the full “Inspection Station”.
The SolidWorks file set contains all parts and assemblies (as export format) with all parts mated for proper motion. It does not include the full “Inspection Station”.
The collection includes:
24” x 36” x 6” Surface Plate. Recommend Black Granite for shop use, Pink Granite for inspection use.

The .obj files were created using SimLab Composer. The IGES files were created from within SolidWorks. The preview renders are in KeyShot2 from Luxion.
