High quality model of traditonal lateen sailing boat Gajeta-Falkusa, historical boat in the Mediterranean Vis archipelago - Croatia.
One of the most versatile antique fishing vessels in the world, designed to reach a single destination,
every dark moon a fishing regatta was organized and only the first could land on shore, sailing to Palagruza is the oldest known off-shore regatta in Mediterranean (1593).
Upon arrival falkusa was turned into a fishing vessel, returning, falkusa became a cargo ship to carry as many fish as possible.

Falkua is an ancient wooden fishing boat, one of the central symbols of thousand year old fisheries tradition in island Komia.
Gajeta falkua is 9 m long and 2.55 m wide (without the removable strakes).It has a lateen sail and a jib, of an overall 90 m2 area.

Model is made from segments, built with great attention to small details, high exact and realistic proportions with correct geometry. All objects are properly named, with named materials and textures. Native 3d model format is: 3ds Max 2012.
