An antique brass reading light - the sort of thing you might find in a library.
There are helpers at the knuckles to make it easier to adjust the pose of the light.
The shader uses bercon maps, VRay edges, VRay Dirt and Vray Comp Tex. For best results I recommend installing bercon maps but you can easily swap the bercon map for a 3DS Max Noise map, or if using a different render engine omit completely. (The bercon maps work with VRay Dirt to control the dust in the crevices.)
