No hidden faces have been removed to allow the crate to be destroyed by an animation sequence without leaving open edges or faces.eg( an explode animation) These faces can easily be removed to optimise the mesh if required.
The Crate lid comprises of 3 box primatives attached as one mesh. The Crate lid is linked as a child to the Crate base.
The pivot of the Crate base is at the bottom for easy scaling.
A total of 18 Box primatives = total of 128 vertices when welded.
Space has been left on the texture map for adding unique touches such as labels.
