This collection contains 160 high quality urban street props. This is the most extensive street prop collection on Turbosquid. These props were modeled with real-time use in mind, they are low poly, high detail realistic models. If purchased individually this pack contains over $3,000 in assets. Textures vary between objects but stick to 1024x1024, 2048x2048, 4096x4096 etc, with 4096x4096 being the most common. Some objects contain specular, normal and opacity maps depending on the requirements of the object.

All the objects are scaled appropriately with US Standard, with their origins centered for convenience.
The model comes in the following formats,

All the formats are in included in the .ZIP files, the assets have been broken into four separate .ZIP files for easy downloading and handling. Inside the zip all the models are organized in their own folders, with their textures placed within each corresponding objects folder. Very organized, and all texture paths are stripped for convenience.
All objects are named and layered appropriately for easy work flow.
Polygon counts vary on objects, but average between 100-3,000 depending on the complexity of the objects.
Geometry is clean and efficient, with game/real-time use in mind.
