The television model is comprised of 5 objects (see supporting image). All objects are linked to the main body of the television (the blue on the supporting image), so translating this will make all the others translate accordingly.

The power cord is assigned the Material 'power cord'(VRayMtl)

The back (big, main part) of the television is assigned the Material #1106(Multi/Sub-Object)

The front part of the television (TV_screenAndPanels002) is assigned the Material #953(Multi/Sub-Object)

The front panel doors (Object003 & Object004) are also assigned the Material #953(Multi/Sub-Object)

To change the television from on to off mode, you have to change the screen's material to a turned-off one. To do this, go to the material editor and change the sub-material in the slot #14 of the Material #953(Multi/Sub-Object), to the screen unlit (VRayMtl) which is at right of the Material #953 in the editor. Also, remove the Map#8 from the diffuse slot of the Material 'CHANNEL_LCD' (see supporting image).
