This collection of models is a set of 8 typical subdivision homes found in the southern United States. All four sides are modeled, and most windows have vertical blinds. There is no displacement in use for the stone or roof tile, however, maps are supplied if you wish to add it.
In the 3ds Max files, each house is a single editable mesh object, so merging them in is simple plug and play. Each model is descriptively named so you'll know exactly which model you are working with, as are materials. Exported formats (.3ds, .fbx, .obj) will import as single objects as well. Materials and textures are already applied. Only the window glass materials use Vray materials, so they may need to be recreated in a non-Max or non-Vray environment.
Polygon counts are between 10,000 - 20,000 per house.
Models created with 3dsMax 9 and rendered with Vray 1.5 SP2.
