In case you animate these elevators use the time line and as Y coordinates use this formula Y=(X*4000)+2000. X is the number of the floor you want the elevator, 4000 is the tallness of each floor and 2000 is the default coordinate of each elevator. 3ds file don't come with the texture assigned.
